The Ambassador Academy honors program is an esteemed leadership program of The Israeli Model United Nations Association (IMUNA) for its exceling members. A prestigious leadership program, it is reserved for exceling members of the organization and its chapters across Israel.

Administered over the span of 6-7 sessions for 15-20 of the brightest individuals from across Israel, the program's participants are representative of Israel's great and diverse society. The program is comprised of meetings with various embassies and entities in Israel, and provides its participants the opportunity to meet key personnel, gain tools and insights into diplomatic work and learn about different cultures.

Each meeting, lasting 2-3 hours, is focused around an international delegation, or entity, in Israel, taking place at the premises of each delegation's Embassy, Ambassadorial residence or respective locations. The meetings include a workshop on a specific diplomatic tool (such as conflict resolution, negotiation, formal etiquette, networking, etc.), a lecture regarding the cultural or social differences and the relationship between nations, as well as a session with a diplomat (mid to deputy level) or representative for an exclusive activity.

Simultaneously, the Ambassador Academy program offers embassies and entities, along with their representatives the opportunity to engage and influence bright and exceling members and young professionals from the Israeli society. This in turns provides them an incredible outlet for public relations, public diplomacy and youth empowerment. Participating parties are afforded a heightened level of interaction with Israel's incredible youth and young leaders, in an exclusive and prestigious dynamic. 
 

With several highly successful editions with incredible results over the past couple years, IMUNA continuously advances and continues to expand and strengthen this program with each new edition.
