IMUNA representatives attended "The Dr. Yehuda Paz 5th Annual International Aid & Development Day", hosted by MK Dr Michael Oren at the Knesset in Jerusalem.
Among the interesting panel of guest speakers were Ron Prosor Israel's former Ambassador to the UN, President of the Liberian Senate, Mario Pacini head of the Development Center of the OECD, Ambassador Gil Haskel Head of MASHAV and many others. It was a very interesting and informative conference.

BDS Movements Conference in Haddassah College
IMUNA representatives had the pleasure of attending the "Super Tuesday Happening" hosted by the Deputy Chief of Mission of the United States of America William Grant and Ms. Mary Knight.
IMUNA representatives attended a Conference on the BDS Movements and the Boycott of Israel that was held in the Hadassah College Jerusalem. Amongst the speakers was former Ambassador of Israel to the United States MK Michael Oren.

Our Bar Ilan Model United Nations Society was honoroued to host two guests from the Embassy of the United States, Tel Aviv: Mimi Asnes, a Political Officer who specialises in human rights and the Arab sector in Israel. She has previously served in Iraq, Saudi Arabia and Syria and gave a fascinating lecture on how to apply your acquired life skills to the diplomatic arena. Sefi Shalam, the Youth and Alumni Outreach Coordinator, and one of the founders of Model UN in Israel gave incredibly applicable tips to our students, derived from his own experience, meant to help them break into the diplomatic world.
Book Launching by Michael Oren, former MK.
IMUNA members were invited to a Book Launching 'Ally' by MK Dr Michael Oren on 12.04.2016.
The event took place at IDC Herzliya in which where some of the lead personas from the diplomatic and political field.Professor Uriel Reichman, president and founder of the IDC; Ron Prosor former ambassador to the UN; Dr Yuval Steinitz Minister of National Infrastructure, Energy and Water; MK Anat Berko, MK Nachman Shai, Doron Almog Israel Prize laureate and many more.
After a welcoming gathering Dr Oren, Dr Steinitz and Mr Porsor participated in a panel discussion on "Israel's foreign relations future" Moderated by journalist Moav Vardi.
The discussions were engaging and educational.

IMUNA had the pleasure of taking part in the Knesset
Building's 50th birthday celebratory "open house"
activities. Our students took part in, and won, 2 debates
led by MKs Meirav Ben Ari and Yoel Hason, and finished the day
with a "spinning" class with MK Haim Yalin.
